14 oz coleslaw mix without dressing
2 T dried onion
2/3 C mayonnaise
3 T oil
1/3 - 1/2 C sugar
1 T vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
Mix all together and let set for an hour in fridge.

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 T chili powder
1 T paprika
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Oz tomato sauce
2 C water, divided
1/4 C flour
3/4 tsp sugar
1 T oil
Corn tortillas
2 C cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown ground beef. Add spices and tomato sauce and 1 C water. Bring to a simmer on low. Mix remaining water with flour and sugar. Stir into meat. Simmer until thick. While sauce is cooking, heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Warm tortillas until pliable. Fill each tortilla with cheese and roll up. Place in baking dish and pour sauce over. Top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes until cheese is slightly brown.
